Teamwork is a core value of the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic and a key to our success. Teamwork is what enables us to serve our families from
their rst Clinic visit to their child’s “graduation” from treatment. Our medical, dental, orthodontic, speech, audiology and social work professionals, working under one roof, together deliver excellent care and treatment that transforms lives.
Teamwork is also at the heart of our fundraising e orts. Our commitment to caring for our patients, regardless of their family’s ability to pay, means that we rely on a wide community of friends for nancial support.
